The young lady called me back and explain that Kevin Whitaker had a new service that I could drop it off and they would notify me when my car was serviced. SIMPSONVILLE, SC | 2024 Chevrolet Silverado 1500March 25, 2025I recently turned in my vehicle for 2 recalls and an oil change. I turned in my vehicle on a Sunday and didn't receive it back until Thursday evening. During this time I had to call in to the dealership to get updates because no one took the time to let me know anything. I was very surprised that no one called me especially since this process took 4 days. This is my only POV and this was definitely an inconvenience for my family. I just want to say that my previous experience with Kevin Whitaker has been good but this was a a huge act of negligence in my opinion. The customer deserves to be notified if there vehicle is going to be kept for that amount of time. Also when I purchased my new truck, a plastic bed liner was installed improperly. I complained to the salesman and he assured me that the bed liner would eventually settle. Well it never did and I brought this to the dealership's attention. I asked for a spray bed liner or at least replace the defaulted one. I was very disappointed when I picked up my vehicle to find that the same defaulted bed liner was still present. I thought they would at least try to make this right, but I never even received and explanation from anyone. Not my definition of good customer service!!Response from Kevin Whitaker Cadillac

I recently moved from NJ and I was searching for a competent and reliable dealership to service my 2023 Corvette. My service advisor, Rhonda, was very friendly and guided me through the drop off process and car rental details. My car was dropped off and I was in a rental in short order. My oil change and software update was completed as promised and I was back to the dealership in a few hours. Rhonda once again helped me with the Rewards point deduction as well as redeeming a service coupon that I had received in the mail.
