Automotive Parts Consultant

Selling customers parts on the phone, in store, or through the shop.

Duties

-Assists all customers (retail and shop) in selecting required parts in a friendly, professional and efficient manner.

-Answers phone calls , providing information and price quotes

- Assist technicians on service counter

- Process incoming and outgoing parts orders

- Pull and fill parts stock orders

- Correctly identify parts and part numbers

-Ability to keep orderly records of all repair orders , invoices, insurance estimates, and special order parts

- Ability to calculate figures and amounts such as discounts, interest, commissions, proportions, percentages, area, circumference and volume. ( ex: shipping)

- Issue credits for parts returns, insuring that the original invoice or its number is available so that purchase and pricing can be verified

- Experience with CDK is preferred

- Experience with GM Catalog is preferred

- Must be able to lift 50 pounds

Position Description:

• Develops, reviews and directs human resource policies for the school district
• Assists administration in position classifications

Qualifications:

• NYS Certification as School District Administrator (SDA) and/or School District Leader (SDL)
• Experience in HR/Payroll management systems, benefits administration, recruitment, and compliance
• Thorough knowledge of the principles, practices and techniques of personnel administration
• Thorough knowledge of labor laws, developments in the field of labor relations and local labor conditions
• Thorough knowledge of federal and state mandates and laws relating to equal employment opportunity and affirmative action dealing with employment
• Thorough knowledge of NYS Civil Service Law local rules and regulations and NYS Dept. of Education law
• Ability to interpret and administer labor agreements
• Ability to plan, manage and supervise a comprehensive personnel program

Our internet director is looking for team oriented individuals who are self starters and detail oriented. This role requires attention to detail and a working knowledge of the CRM software. We would love to talk to you about working for us! We are looking for a body repair technician that is able repair vehicle bodies and straighten vehicle frames that can start immediately.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Thoroughly examine the vehicle damages
• Return the vehicle back to factory specifications
• Remove vehicle trim to gain access to vehicle body
• Can properly fill depressions with body filler and insure a quality repair
• Able to remove damaged parts using power tools and cutting torch
• Bolt or weld replacement parts in position using power tools and welding equipment
• Straighten bent automobile frames using frame wrack
• File, grind and sand repaired surfaces, using power tools and hand tools
• Aim headlights
• Replace bolts on panels and align properly
• Make cosmetic repairs
• Perform other duties as assigned by management
• Use special equipment to restore damaged metal frames and body sections back to original specifications
• Able to develop appropriate and efficient methods for each job
